If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns:

• You can return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused with all original, sealed packaging as received by you.
• You will be required to produce a receipt or proof of purchase of product.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive the product you wish to return, we will acknowledge receipt of same.
• We will inspect the item to ensure that it is in line with requirement set out in clause 1.2. above, once the inspection is complete, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
