Shipping Policy

  1. We use reputable South African couriers to get your Kokofili products delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of your order. When your order is shipped out to our couriers, our system automatically updates your order status with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS.
  2. Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address.
  3. We dispatch your order within 3-5 days to anywhere in South Africa, delivery is expected to take place within 2 days after dispatch anywhere in South Africa.
